HOMECOMING 2011

This handsome guy asked this beautiful girl to HOMECOMING.

I was privileged to take pictures for this great group.

I had so much fun and my friend Becky came to help as she takes charge and can put people in their place. They were so cute and enjoyable.  The girls were fun and spunky.  Did I say mention oh so beautiful in their dresses, flowers and shoes. Yes the boys were just as handsome and so much fun.

I loved sharing in their special day and laughing with those cute kids.  It was warm and yet they just rolled with it.  I know Skyler had a great time and what more can one ask for than that.

First day of school August 2011

Wednesday was the first day of school for us.

Hunter was ready and excited to go see her friends. Not so much for the school stuff however.
This will be here last year at junior high. She will be with Skyler next year at high school.
Enjoy your year of freedom because next year you will never be able to talk to boys as your brother and Steven will see to that.

This was a big change for me this year. Skyler is driving to school... IN MY TRUCK...What was I thinking letting him take it and leave me with no transportation.

I waved good by to Skyler and off he went. With his new found freedom.
I hope they both have amazing years and achieve the goals they set for themselves.
YEAH for a new school year and achieving some things for myself as well.

WOW so many stars that we were able to see. Can you believe it!!!

The kids and I had the best time at Madame Tussuad's wax museum.

They had so many exhibits, some were so life like and others were just plain creepy.

I have always wanted to go through this and look at all those figures. I was glad Skyler and Hunter were willing to do this with me. I love that they will check out so many different attractions even when Tom just wants to sit and enjoy the weather.

This vacation was so much fun and it was nice to just kick back and take it all in. Tom and I have been to Hollywood before, but this was the first time we actually took the time to really look and see all that there was to SEE.

I could not believe how many there were and how far you

could go on either side of the street.

The Passey family would not be complete without a car in the mix.

This is a Bugatti and Tom and Skyler were so excited to see one up close and personal.

Skyler was on the hunt for exotic cars he saw Ferrari's and all kinds of other cars but not once did he see a dodge viper.

This was one of the best and funnest days that we had. We were such the tourist family we took a tour of Hollywood and all the homes in a convertible van. It was so relaxing and we were able to see so much and learn lots of interesting facts and stories. Our tour guide was super good and very knowledgeable.

We spent several days in Los Angeles and went to Universal Studios.

We went on the Simpsons ride and it was tons of fun and we laughed so hard. The more we do these theme parks we realize that Tom just can't take the rides anymore. Ever since he had his heat stroke and got vertigo he gets motion sickness. So it's the kids and me that take most of them. We all went on the Jurassic Park ride, it was enjoyable and wet. I was expecting a big drop and was disappointed. The mummy ride was great. So unexpected as you go forward and then all of a sudden you go backwards. I love going places with the kids and Tom and with such beautiful weather it doesn't matter what or where we went or did.

BIRTHDAY GIRL......MAMMA MIA....

Hunter turned 13!!!
So for her birthday I took her to MAMMA MIA.. It was a surprise and was she surprised.



We went to dinner at PF CHANGS not her fav but it was close to everyone that went. There were 15 of us girls. Our waiter was so sweet he sang to her and brought out this awesome chocolate dessert.
The play was fantastic and we enjoyed it so much. The finale was my favorite part. As for Hunter she was happy to see it and enjoyed the whole thing.

A HONOR STUDENT

Hunter has worked very hard and has a goal to make honor roll every quarter.

She has done this since 4th grade.
This year she was inducted into NJHS. (National Junior Honors Society)

It was so wonderful to see her achieve her goal.

This is not easy for her and yet she strives and works hard at her studies.

She has proven that even with a processing disorder it is possible to achieve and over come your disability.
